Build your setup around the way you train.
Free weights, cable work or a Smith machine: choose the level of equipment that truly matches how you train.
Open rack, integrated pulleys or a guided bar: how far should your cage go toward becoming a full station?
Which model should you choose, and why?
Three types of cages to match your budget and your goals
These stations are available to order, typically within 12 to 18 days. In-store, try the AL-3058G and the AL-3073 to compare 1:1 and 2:1 pulleys and get a real feel for Altas build quality.
Start with an open structure
A solid base built around the bar and free weights: simple, with a first pulley function, or with a guided Smith bar in addition to the open rack.

Altas AL-3003 Training Station
To get started on a tight budget and build around free weights.
The AL-3003 covers the essentials for squats, presses, pull-ups and plenty of barbell movements. It's a great starting point if you already own—or plan to add—a bench, a bar and plates.

Altas AL-6008 Training Cage
For a little more, add cable work.
The AL-6008 expands your setup with cable pulls (standing and seated), dips and other back and arm movements. It suits anyone who wants to go beyond barbell exercises without yet stepping up to a large full station.

Altas AL-3035 Hybrid Rack
To switch between a free bar and a Smith machine depending on the lift.
The AL-3035 combines an open rack with a guided Smith bar. It suits anyone who wants to keep the freedom of free weights while enjoying a more guided movement whenever they choose.
Build a more complete setup
More structure to keep progressing: choose between a cage equipped for squats and a modular foundation designed to grow with you.

Altas AL-3028 Squat Station
To take your squat training more seriously.
The AL-3028 offers a more complete cage, with gravity-locking safety bars for more controlled barbell work. Its pulley tower also lets you expand your training beyond squats and presses.

Altas AL-6037 Power Cage
To make the rack the lasting foundation of your gym.
The AL-6037 is for anyone who wants a sturdier, modular structure. It lets you grow your setup with compatible accessories (high pulley, pec fly, landmine) instead of replacing the cage as your needs increase.
Choose a full cable station
The most integrated configuration: two weight stacks and adjustable pulleys, for anyone who prioritizes cable work.

Altas AL-3130 Functional Trainer
A commanding, refined station built to become the centerpiece of your training space.
Use the 1:1 and 2:1 ratios to choose between direct resistance and smoother cable movements.
