by GymDépôt.us

AL-3058G — 9-in-1 Smith Machine

A complete station that combines a counterbalanced Smith Machine, a 1:1 pulley functional trainer with two 200 lb weight stacks, and a Power Rack in one space.

Move from the cables to the Smith Machine or free bar depending on the exercise — without changing stations.

24 accessories included so you can start with a wide variety of exercises as soon as it is installed.

THREE TRAINING SYSTEMS

One station. More ways to get stronger.

The AL-3058G brings together three distinct ways to train with resistance: cables and pulleys, the Smith Machine and a free Olympic bar.

Move from guided to free movement, from heavy exercises to functional training, without changing equipment.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINER — CABLES AND PULLEYS

Train movements, not just muscles.

The two pulleys let you perform resistance exercises in many directions: pull, push, rotate, work one arm independently and change the angle of movement.

This lets you train movements that more closely resemble those used in golf, tennis, hockey and many other sports.

COUNTERBALANCED SMITH MACHINE

Start light. Add exactly what you need.

The counterbalance system offsets the Smith bar’s starting weight. Add plates according to your strength, exercise and progression.

Start with a very light load and progress gradually—especially useful when you are new, returning to training or simply doing an exercise that calls for less weight.

Guided, but not limited to one exercise.

The bar travels on rails, so you can focus less on lateral stabilization and more on the movement and load.

Train alone with more control.

Multiple locking positions, safety mechanisms and spring-loaded bar rests provide stopping points when you train without a partner.

POWER RACK / FREE OLYMPIC BAR

When you want to create your own stability.

The Smith guides the path. The Power Rack lets you use a free Olympic bar instead.

Your body must control more of the movement and engage stabilizing muscles. Use the Smith when you want control and stability, then move to the free bar when you want to add that dimension to your training.

LANDMINE

The bar does not always have to move vertically.

The landmine anchor lets an Olympic bar pivot from a fixed point.

Add pushing, pulling and rotational movements along an arc different from the Smith’s. It is especially useful for training your body through several planes of movement rather than always along a vertical path.

MULTI-GRIP PULL-UPS

Change your grip. Change the movement.

The pull-up bar offers several hand positions. Wide, close or neutral grip lets you change how your back, arms and shoulders contribute to the movement.

One station can create several variations of an exercise as fundamental as the pull-up.

INCLUDED WITH THE STATION

24 accessories. Each one changes what you can do.

A long bar creates a different movement than a rope. An individual handle lets you train differently than a bar used with both hands.

The accessories are not simply extras: they change the exercises the station makes possible.

ORGANIZATION / STORAGE

Everything within reach.

The AL-3058G keeps the weight stacks, anchor points, accessories and six plate holders right around the station.

When your gym is at home, organization matters. Accessories stay close to the station, ready for your next exercise.

The central panel also features a visual exercise guide to keep movement ideas in view.

PLAN YOUR SPACE

Will it fit in your space?

Do not calculate only the footprint of the frame. Also plan for the bench, your movement and the space in front of the pulleys for comfortable standing exercises.

Suggestions

You need virtually no space behind the station unless you want to walk around it.

If space is limited on either side, keep a few inches to load plates onto the Smith bar. Ideally, allow a total width of 10 ft for maximum comfort when adding weight plates.

In front, remember that pulley exercises place you in front of the station with your hands reaching forward. Ideally, add 4 ft to the station’s depth, plus rear clearance if you choose to include it.
